This page explains the current cookie and local storage behavior of the QuickBits root page.

Current storage

The root page and current app pages do not set advertising or CMP cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not use localStorage for measurement. The analytics consent control stores only allowed or declined per site origin in localStorage under quickbitsAnalyticsConsentV1. Prepared ad placement markup remains inactive.

Cookie settings

Use the Analytics settings button in an index-page footer to allow or decline Cloudflare Web Analytics at any time. No analytics measurement takes place before explicit consent. After Allow analytics, the index page loads the cookieless Cloudflare beacon for aggregate page-view and performance measurement. Legal pages do not load the beacon. Return to the QuickBits root page to open the settings.

Analytics and planned AdSense

Cloudflare Web Analytics is consent-gated for index pages on quickbits.tools and its QuickBits group subdomains. It does not receive tool inputs or generated outputs from QuickBits custom events because no custom events are sent. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not used. The analytics choice does not constitute consent to advertising; a separate Google-certified CMP and updated provider disclosures are required before AdSense or other Google advertising tags are activated.

Changes

If AdSense, cookies, additional tracking, CMP scripts, or consent-gated browser storage are added later, the cookie notices, cookie settings UI, and policy disclosures must be updated before activation.
